This is not a standard leadership course. Across ten powerful days, delegates move through a complete leadership journey — from the foundational principles of humility, adaptability, and visionary thinking, through to the 21st century challenges of motivating, inspiring, enabling, and engaging people in complex, fast-changing environments.
Module I builds the inner leadership foundation — covering human behaviour, innovation culture, goal-setting, communication styles, emotional intelligence, and legacy. Day 4 focuses on engaged communication — covering communication style identification, how to motivate and influence different styles, the power of body language, advanced listening and questioning techniques, and how to present ideas in ways that gain genuine buy-in. These skills are developed through practical exercises, giving delegates the ability to communicate with greater precision, impact, and influence.
Emotionally intelligent leadership is addressed across multiple days — most directly in Day 5, which covers the relationship bank account, the Law of Reciprocity, and leading with passion and enthusiasm. Delegates develop a nuanced understanding of how emotional intelligence shapes leadership impact — and how the most effective leaders consciously manage their emotional presence to inspire trust, commitment, and discretionary effort.
